BARTENDER
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BARTENDER FOR THE SUMMER SEASON
BAR MANAGER – HANDS-ON BARISTA
📍 Francolini – Folgaria (TN) | Accommodation provided, if needed
We are looking for a reliable, proactive and friendly person to manage the bar independently and with passion, as part of a close-knit and collaborative team.
Main requirements
- Reliable, punctual and highly responsible.
- Good organizational skills, with attention to the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and shared areas.
- Accuracy and care when managing supplier orders.
- A proactive attitude and initiative during quieter periods.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a bar or fast-food/quick-service restaurant is preferred.
- Good knowledge of English is required.
Responsibilities
- Breakfasts, aperitifs and quick meals.
- Placing supplier orders and monitoring stock and costs.
- Cleaning and complying with HACCP regulations.
- Organizing the counter and preparation stations.
- Welcoming and assisting customers.
- Managing social media to promote the bar.
